Programme Structure & Activities
The standard intern programme includes the following activities that are managed by Angels Resource Centres.
Administration and Onboarding:
- Recruitment activities
- Selection and Placement
- Human Resource management
- Devices and Transport
Development and Training: This 18 Month programme includes the following:
- Qualification – NQF L4 Community Development Practitioner Certificate.
- Various soft skills and life coaching sessions facilitated by the Mind Retirement Institute.
(In the event that an intern has already attained a qualification that is comparable to the above, we offer an alternative choice of training that is in keeping with community development work:
- Project Management
- Supply Chain Management
